Terms and conditions for 3-Month Plan (Alpha Coder)
MEMBERSHIP: Membership continues to renew every 12 weeks until you stop the renewal. Each payment covers your classes until the next bill. The membership grants one 1.5-hour session per week.
MISSING CLASSES: If you are unable to make it to one of your classes, contact us 24 hours prior to the class at customercare@alphacoding.com and to request a makeup class, pending availability, if you wish to do so. Notification of missing classes with less than 24 hours forfeits your makeup class.
REFUND: If five (5) or more visits have taken place, then refund is not eligible. The eligibility of a refund is if the plan has been used four (4) times or less, then the the unused visits will be refunded minus any discounts applied and $15 administration fee.
CANCELLATION: You may stop your next membership renewal with at least 24-hour notice. If you decide to stop coming to the class, the unused classes for the remainder of the month will not be refunded – for example: the renewal and charges take place on October 1st and you give us notice on September 14th that you wish to cancel your membership, then the remainder of the month will not be refunded. Contact customercare@alphacoding.com to request to stop the membership renewal.
ADMINISTRATION FEE: $20 administration fee applies for each special request not covered within this Terms and Conditions.
AUTHORIZED PERSON TO PICKUP MINORS: Parents/guardians understand and agree that it is mandatory to show government-issued ID to Alpha Coding staff member at every pick-up to confirm identify, except for self sign out students and online classes.
Alpha Coding is a scent- and nut-free environment.
