Terms and conditions for Private Tutoring (1-hour session 2x per week)

Waiver

I understand and acknowledge that Alpha Coding is making its facility available for me to participate in the event/classes hosted by it, in view of my express release of their liability for any cause whatsoever. I, understand, and agree to declare this release and waiver as under:

I understand that the course program may involve potentially hazardous tools or materials i.e. robotics / electronics course, 3D printing, interactive game involving projection on the wall, other hardware and devices. I release Alpha Coding of any and all liability and waive my rights, against the releasees.

I will pay for my own emergency medical expenses and all subsequent medical expenses in the event of any incident, accident, illness or incapacity, regardless of whether I have otherwise authorized such expenses.

I agree not to institute any suit or action at law or otherwise against Alpha Coding in Canada or anywhere in the world, or to initiate or assist in the prosecution of any claim for damages or cause of action which I may have by reason of injury to myself, or property related to, arising out of, or in any way connected with my participation in activities at, with, or sponsored or administered by Alpha Coding.

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alpha Coding from any and all losses, liabilities, claims, expenses, actions or proceedings of any kind which may be initiated by myself, or any other person or entity related to, arising out of, or in any way connected with my participation in activities at, with, or sponsored or administered by Alpha Coding. This includes reimbursement for all legal costs and attorneys’ fees incurred by Alpha Coding, myself, and other indemnified parties, or any of them, for the defense of any such actions.

I hereby voluntarily, fully and forever waive, release and discharge Alpha Coding its owners, officers, directors, agents, employees, volunteers, and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on its behalf from any and all losses, liabilities, claims, expenses, demands, actions, damages, injuries, causes of action, and rights of action which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with my participation in activities at, with, or sponsored or administered by Alpha Coding. The foregoing waiver of liability includes, without limitation, damages or injury resulting from the negligence of Alpha Coding (whether such claims are based upon breach of contract, breach of warranty, or any other legal theory) or from any other cause or causes.

I hereby consent and agree that Alpha Coding may use my photos or excerpts taken from the video system for purposes of publicity. It is further expressively agreed that this release and waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as submitted by the laws of the Province of Ontario, and it is hereby further agreed that the effects of this release and waiver shall continue to operate after the termination of the contract of membership which exist between the parties hereto.

Upon enrollment, I agree:

• That the credit card provided in this form will be charged monthly on recurring basis until I stop child/ward from receiving the course program or participation in the event.
• To provide the updated credit card details for future transactions.

Terms and conditions for Members

MEMBERSHIP: Your membership plan will be first charged on the date of your first class and is recurring every 4 weeks. Each payment covers your classes until the next bill. Membership continues to renew every 4 weeks until you cancel it.

CANCELLATION: You may cancel your membership subscription any time. One month’s notice is required before your final billing date. If you decide to stop coming to the class, the payment for the remainder of the month will not be refunded – for example: the renewal and charges take place on October 1st and you give us notice on September 14th that you wish to cancel your membership , then the remainder of the month will not be refunded. Contact info@alphacoding.com to request to cancel.

MISSING CLASSES: If you are unable to make it to one of your classes, contact us 24 hours prior to the class at info@alphacoding.com and to request a makeup class, pending availability, if you wish to do so. Notification of missing classes with less than 24 hours forfeits your makeup class.

ADMINISTRATION FEE: $20 administration fee applies for circumstances for each special request not covered within this Terms and Conditions.

HOLIDAYS: We will send out a communication via email and/or social media regarding closures. Participants/students are also responsible for checking holidays for closures.

Alpha Coding is a scent- and nut-free environment.

I understand and acknowledge that by signing the above stated release and waiver, I am waiving substantial legal rights which I may have against the releasees. By signing up and registering for our courses, and/or using Alpha Coding facility, I hereby acknowledge and agree of the Terms and Conditions outlined above.
